About Us

The Master’s Touch founder, Joshua Nye has over 20 years of cleaning industry experience in both products and services. By starting in the industry in the late 90’s Nye was granted the education and experience of more traditional tools and techniques while being part of the technological change that occurred through the early 2000’s.

This experience was crucial in the development of The Master’s Touch as it enabled the most modern methods to combine with the highest quality chemicals and equipment, something most companies have not achieved. Continuing in the progressive nature of the cleaning industry is the challenge. This has led to new options including The Master’s Touch specialty coatings and custom flooring services.

We're now in our second generation of development with Joshua's son Zachary taking a pivotal role in the company. Together they plan on continuing to grow and expand The Master's Touch so we may provide the entire Lehigh Valley with the best possible cleaning services available.

While the quality of service is vitally important, superior customer service is precedent for The Master’s Touch. The goal is to leave the customer with the highest level of satisfaction while giving them the sense they have made a friend.
